Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning of Edina, MN is on the hunt for a full-time Dispatch Services Rep / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to complete administrative duties including customer services, and dispatch responsibilities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCH SERVICES REP / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Each day, you arrive to the office feeling ready to provide the best customer experience possible for every one of our clients! You are a naturally optimistic and positive person, which helps you to keep an upbeat attitude no matter the situation! You know how to balance being professional and fun so that those you work with enjoy spending time with you, and those you work for appreciate your attentiveness and care.

You spend time each day making outbound calls and answering incoming client calls to relay service-related information. You accurately make appointments and maximize our technicians' time and mileage with efficient scheduling.

Occasionally, you take on administrative tasks and flex your organization muscles as you pull permits, schedule inspections, complete rebate paperwork and equipment registration.

You also prepare follow up packets that help us stay connected with our satisfied customers! You pride yourself on being dedicated to providing the best service and support for both the customer and for those you work with every day.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCH SERVICES REP / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • At least 2 years of verifiable customer service experience
  • Call Center Experience with great telephone and service skills
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual ability a plus!
  • Any home service dispatch or call center experience is a bonus!
  • Helpful software experience and skills - data entry, computer literacy, and Excel knowledge

WORK SCHEDULE

In this role, you will appreciate a full-time schedule that is Tuesday - Saturday with the following hours : Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-4, Friday 10-7, and Saturday 3-10 .

Sunday - Thursday is available as well and one weekend shift is required.
